Booking conditions
The reservation between the client and the structure is perfected by e-mail and by sending within 7 working days a deposit equal to 30% of the cost of the entire stay. The contract is considered to have been concluded once the confirmation e-mail has been received. With the conclusion of the contract, the customer is obliged to pay the entire amount agreed upon arrival on site and the structure undertakes to reserve for the client an accommodation of the type chosen at the time of conclusion. The cancellation made after the deadline is to be considered as a breach of contract, sanctioned by retention of the confirmation deposit referred to above pursuant to art. 1385, second paragraph, civil code.

Rental conditions

Stays generally run from Saturday to Saturday (flexible dates upon availability).
The reservation will be confirmed by e-mail as soon as we receive the 30% deposit.
The rest of the stay must be paid on arrival.
The delivery of the apartment by the hotel is scheduled from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
The stay ends with the return of the keys by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Cancellation / Prepayment: the cancellation and prepayment conditions vary depending on the booking.

City tax

Based on the provisions set forth in art. 4 of Legislative Decree 14/03/2011 n.23 "Provisions on fiscal federalism", the Municipality of Montecorice, established the tourist tax, the application of which runs from June 1 to September 30 of each year.
